How TradeLuma handles trading automation and broker connection data.

TradeLuma uses user and broker connection information to operate account linking, alert routing, order visibility, safety controls, and reconciliation for self-directed traders.

Information users provide

TradeLuma may collect account registration details, workspace settings, webhook configuration, strategy settings, broker connection selections, support messages, billing status, and product usage information needed to operate the service.

Brokerage connection data

When a user connects a brokerage account through a supported broker or broker connectivity provider, TradeLuma may receive account identifiers, account mode, balances, positions, holdings, order status, fills, cancellations, rejected orders, transaction or activity data where available, connection health, and permission status needed for execution visibility and reconciliation.

How broker data is used

Broker data is used to show connected accounts, validate broker readiness, check positions and balances, route user-authorized orders, display order lifecycle events, reconcile platform records with broker records, troubleshoot support issues, and protect the platform from abuse or unsafe configuration.

Service providers

TradeLuma may use infrastructure, database, hosting, billing, analytics, support, security, and broker connectivity providers to operate the platform. Broker connectivity providers such as SnapTrade may process brokerage connection data according to their role in the connection flow and the user's permissions.

Data sharing

TradeLuma does not sell individual brokerage data to advertisers. Data may be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, with brokers or broker connectivity providers as needed to complete user-authorized connection and trading workflows, or where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

User control

Users can disconnect broker connections where supported, revoke or rotate webhooks, disable strategies, pause automation, and contact TradeLuma about account access or data requests. Disconnecting a broker connection may limit execution, status sync, and reconciliation features.
